Pu-erh is produced in the Yunnan region of China, and is created from fermented and aged leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant.  Slightly moist leaves undergo a microbial reaction and are allowed to age - much like a fine wine  This ancient process creates a deep and full-bodied tea with a distinct earthy flavour, and reportedly unique health benefits.
