Collection: White Tea

White teas are high quality teas, typically produced in the Fujian province of China.  The youngest leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant are hand picked.  These delicate leaves are the least processed of all the teas, and are not allowed to oxidate.  They are left to dry naturally in the sun or at very low heats.  The cup is a pale golden colour and the flavour is light, smooth, and subtly sweet.  A soft and refreshing tea that is full of antioxidants.
