Refund Policy
Three & Tea does not refund or exchange the purchase of any matcha, loose leaf tea, tisane or any food or beverage product. We will exchange teaware and tea accessories provided they are not food products. We will issue a store credit or exchange if the teaware or accessory is damaged or you are not satisfied with it. You will have 72 hours from the time you received your teaware or tea accessory to notify us of your intention to return the item to us. You can email our store at contact@three2tea.com or call 204-481-7636 to notify us.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 351 Main St., Selkirk MB Canada, R1A 1T3.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returned teaware and tea accessories must be in the original packaging with a proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the product we will issue an exchange or store credit.
