Steeping

A refreshing dandelion tisane with lemon notes.
Dandelion, Spearmint, Cinnamon, Lemon Grass, Diced Apple, Fennel, Ginkgo, Chamomile
Steep at 100°C or 212°F for 5-10 minutes
These steeping instructions can apply to most herbal tisanes. However, Yerba Mate should be steeped at a cooler temperature (maximum 85°C or 185°F) for 5-7 minutes.
