Also known as Pai Mu Tan, this Chinese tea has a delicate, sweet, and slightly floral taste.
White Tea (Camellia Sinensis)
Steep at 80°C or 180°F for 3-5 min.
As with any tea from the Camellia Sinensis plant, care should be taken not to oversteep the leaves. Oversteeping will result in the release of tannins and create a bitter cup.
